Hosted by our Peranakan Chef. Our recipes are passed down from the traditional Peranakan families.
During this workshop you will Learn to make:
Ondeh-Ondeh – a traditional balls of rice cake filled with liquid palm sugar and coated in grated coconut.
Kueh Salat – the most popular nyonya kueh made with pressed sticky rice layered with coconut egg custard flavored with pandan.
Kuih Talam – a traditional nyonya dessert with the two signature colors.
