During this workshop you will Learn to make:
Ondeh-Ondeh – a traditional balls of rice cake filled with liquid palm sugar and coated in grated coconut.
Kueh Salat – the most popular nyonya kueh made with pressed sticky rice layered with coconut egg custard flavored with pandan.
After the workshops, we are sure you will never buy from the stores anymore!
