Claim Procedure:

  1. To qualify the credit reimbursement, the booking date must only from October 2021 onward.
  2. The members must book and complete the payment 2 weeks prior the event date.
  3. The members must send the SDN membership ID, last 4 digits of NRIC, full name and email address to us through whatsapp (94875413) or email (Sales@ebazaar.com.sg) for registration.
  4. SDN Staff will contact the sign up members for verification and process the reimbursement accordingly after the event.

 

I Understand that:
  • P-wits Studio will require my SDN membership ID, last 4 digits of NRIC, full name and email address  (“Personal Data”) in order to assist me in the utilisation of my Spark Connection credits.
  • P-wits Studio will share my Personal Data with Ministry of Social and Family (MSF) for MSF to verify my identity and process the Spark Connections credit deduction from my SDN member account (“Purpose”).
  • Should additional information or clarifications be required, P-wits Studio may contact me.
  • Should I decline to be contacted or to provide the Personal Data, I will not be eligible to utilise the credits for The Barista Skill Workshop for SparkConnections .

This course is suitable for all coffee lovers. As a practical workshop, this class will cover everything that you need to know on pulling consistently great shots of espresso and mastering proper milk frothing techniques.

The class covers the following content:

  • Espresso Preparation techniques – a skill-building session to produce the prefect espresso shots
  • Espresso Extracting Training – adjustments to brewing parameters to achieve prefect espresso extraction
  • Espresso Beverages – interpreting the coffee menu and identify different type of beans
  • Milk Frothing Training – Learn about  ideal milk temperature, apply proper positioning and milk frothing techniques and introduction to free-pouring
  • Pour Analysis – A step-by-step guide to achieve respective coffee art design with review after each pour to identify areas of improvement
